K: Gentle throws, no elimination, buddy grip, visual cues, 8-10 min (STEP: Seated throwing for mobility, large balloons for visual, hand signals for hearing, simple throws for cognitive, soft balloons for sensory, short rounds for fatigue, inclusive pairs)
1st: Add helper roles, 10-12 min (STEP: Adaptive grips, verbal/visual cues, buddy support)
