K: Close targets, seated tosses, visual cues, 8-10 min (STEP: Wheelchair tosses, large hoops for visual, hand signals for hearing, simple one-toss for cognitive, soft items for sensory, short turns for fatigue, inclusive pairs)
1st: Add cones, 10-12 min (STEP: Adaptive grips, verbal/visual cues, buddy support)
2nd: Scoring system, 12-14 min (STEP: Seated options, color-coded for visual)
