🚩 Capture the Flag (4-Way Coach Odom) K-4 Classic Capture the Flag with Coach Odom’s K-4 friendly adaptations. Teams try to capture the opposing flag and return it to their side without being tagged. Tagged players go to “jail” and can be freed by a teammate. The 4-Way version divides the gym into four quadrants with multiple teams/flags for more action and strategy.
