    👥 Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities (Full)

    • Station Leaders: Organize teams, demonstrate rules/course, referee fairly, reset equipment, model positive language and Panther Pride.
    • Water/Safety Monitors: Hydration, wet-surface awareness, buddy system, whistle/freeze commands, first-aid locations.
    • Rotation Guides: Timing (whistle signals), even turns, PreK-3/4 modifications (shorter distances, walking options, close adult proximity).
    • Setup/Floater/Photo: Pre-event setup, mid-event support, capture the fun (with permission), end-of-day cleanup and awards gathering.

    ⚠️ Safety Notes (review before every rotation) — Full

    • Buddy system at all times. Proper shoes only. No pushing or rough play.
    • Water/heat awareness — frequent breaks, shaded areas, wet surfaces.
    • Whistle/freeze commands: immediate stop and listen.
    • First-aid locations and adult supervision for all contact/water games.
    • PreK-3/4: shorter distances, simplified rules, walking options, close adult proximity.
    • Tug-of-War & similar: No wrapping rope around body; release on whistle; last person does not wrap.
    • Report any incidents immediately. Safety First, Fun Always, Character Always.
