🎯 Test Procedure:

  1. 20-meter course marked with cones (15m for limited space)
  2. Students run between lines before beep sounds
  3. Pace increases each level (starts slow, gets faster)
  4. Student stops when missing two consecutive beeps
  5. Record total laps completed successfully

Ages 5-6 (Kindergarten-1st)

Boys Average: 12-15 laps

Girls Average: 11-14 laps

Healthy Zone: 7-41 laps (boys), 7-40 laps (girls)
